Acceptance of Terms
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order. Accepted Currency
We currently only accept Ringgit Malaysia as the main currency for transaction.
Delivery Destinations
We currently only ships within Malaysia. Updates will be posted here should new destinations are available.
Order Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you are NOT ALLOWED to cancel your order. We will not refund your payment even if you return the products to us.
Delivery
We shall endeavour to deliver your order within 1- 4 working days upon successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specify. You should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after shipment date, depending on the shipping courier you have chosen.

Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction at MyTechPlaza.com. If you are not happy with our service or product, please contact us and we will do our best to sort out the problem.
Limitation of Liability
MyTechPlaza.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or the inability to use, the products on this site. This include but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if MyTechPlaza.com was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Warranty Terms
Unless otherwise stated, the products are sold “AS IS” by MyTechPlaza.com but may be accompanied by their manufacturer’s standard warranties. MyTechPlaza.com sells “AS IS” products as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from MyTechPlaza.com. If you have any questions about manufacturer’s warranties that accompany the products that you have purchased, please check the product description or contact MyTechPlaza.com by writing to mytechplaza@gmail.com.
Products sold through MyTechPlaza.com are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. Prior to placing your order, you are responsible to visit the manufacturer’s website to confirm that the product you intend to purchase is compatible with your system. We shall not be responsible and will not accept return of products purchased by you that are not compatible with your system configuration.
If the warranty seal or sticker of the products are broken or have been tampered with, the products will no longer have any warranty and the manufacturers will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your products.
